Sant Tabs is a browser extension that provides visual tab management, organization tools, session saving, and optional cloud synchronization features. The Extension is provided by the developer, a company registered in New Zealand.
Free Tier: Core tab management features are available for free and operate entirely on your local device without requiring an account or transmitting any data.
Premium Tier: Optional paid features include cloud synchronization, unlimited collections, and unlimited scheduled items. Premium subscriptions are processed through ExtensionPay (powered by Stripe).

The Extension, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Extension for personal or business purposes.
Premium features rely on third-party services:
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Extension shall not exceed the amount you paid for premium services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through ExtensionPay. You may cancel at any time through your ExtensionPay account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
